William is a Cricket South Africa level 1 coach and has coached all ages from 4 – 15 years.
William is very involved at Rondebosch Boys’ High School where he coaches the U14B or U15B team with much passion, loyalty and dedication.
William’s primary role in the business is the management of coaches and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business. Along with daily admin, William is also in charge of dealing with various schools to ensure their coaching requirements are met.

Manager Stellenbosch and Northern Suburbs: Wimpie Van der Berg
Since September 2010 Assistant Manager at RMCSE clinics (Northern Suburbs and Stellenbosch) and Ryan Maron Northern Junior Cricket Club.
Graduated at the University of Pretoria with a B.Comm Sports Management & Recreation degree in 1995. Matriculated in 1990 at Verwoerdburg Hoërskool in Pretoria.
A Former club manager at Oostelike Rugby Club (Carlton League) in Pretoria and at Milnerton Rugby Club (1st Division) in Cape Town. Mainly an athletics/cross country (Level 3) and rugby (Level 2) coaching background. Currently busy with my Level 1 cricket coaching course. Extensive coaching and counselling experience with children and young sportsmen (ages 6-21) since 1993.
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with extensive experience across all areas of sports and recreation management. I have managed and coached at various sports clinics in Gauteng and the Western Cape. I have also implemented, coached and managed physical education programmes at various schools in the Western Cape.
I am still actively competing, although not seriously, in running, mountain biking and cycling events.

Manager West Coast: David Sandmann
David Sandmann has been coaching cricket for 5 years, and working for Ryan Maron's Cricket School of Excellence for 3 years.
He is the manager of our West coach Region which includes Milnerton, Table View, Melkbos and surrounds. He played most of my cricket at Alma Marist CC and have played at the highest club level. He has also enjoyed a stint in Holland at Excelsior 20 CC as a player/coach.
David hopes to improve cricket in the West Coast region as he believes there is plenty of talent out this way.

Manager
Johannesburg - Nothern Suburbs: Neil N Nel
I was at school at Cape Town High where I captained the 1st X1 for my two Senior years
At UCT, I played for the 1st Division team. As I was staying in Pinelands I switched to playing for Pinelands under John Gurney.
When I moved to Johannesburg, I joined Balfour Park, Captained by Ali Bacher with Lee Irvine as the Senior Pro.
Being a new father, I found it extremely difficult playing every Saturday and Sunday and finished my playing career with Zoo Lake in the 1A division, as Player/Coach.
I coached at Parktown Boys and Parkview Senior Primary for a number of years. It was a thrilling experience, as 2 of the boys went onto Transvaal (Lions) U-20 with many playing Premier League Cricket.

Manager CBD/Atlantic Seaboard: Haydon Higgs
Haydon Higgs has been with the RMCSE team since February 2011. He attended Milnerton High School and represented their 1st XI for 5 years being their highest run scorer. Haydon is currently the RMCSE CBD/Atlantic Seaboard Manager. His primary role is to ensure that his team of coaches are well equipped and know where they need to be at all times. He also needs to maintain a good relationship with the surrounding schools, as well as market to other potential schools in the CBD area.
He is a firm believer that the biggest challenge is still the longer format of the game because of the immense concentration needed to perform for long periods at a time. Haydon has developed a great relationship with the boys as he focusses on technical, physical and mental aspects of their game when they are looking to become better equipped cricketers through private sessions.
Ryan Maron’s Cricket School of Excellence is continuously pushing the boundaries to ensure that every cricketer has the tools and the confidence to put in good performances on the field. We also realize that not every student will go on and represent their country but giving them the tools and a positive mind-set and anything is possible.
