Coaching sessions can be enhanced by using video analysis to optimise a player's various techniques. The visual image that the player gets allows them to see their action, and together with a coach, this becomes an effective means of developing the correct technique. Images are taken of the player, from various angles, and a video library maintained on each player as a dynamic reference point to identify any changes in performance. Video analysis covers all aspects of the game such as such as back lift, catching and bowling actions, and allows faults to be quickly and easily identified and rectified.
