School Team Coaching
A coaching service is offered to schools, which includes the provision of a coach and an umpire to teams at all levels, as well as customised coaching sessions aimed at grade 1 - 3 aspiring young cricketers who are just starting out in the game.
Private Coaching
Private coaching is offered throughout the year at any convenient venue. Various packages are on offer, catering for cricketers at different levels, ranging from a basic fielding, batting and bowling package to more a more advanced package, covering a specific aspect of the game such as how to play spin.
Small Group Coaching
Coaching sessions are run on a weekly basis during the afternoons, to provide cricketers with two hours of extra coaching per week. The groups are kept small to ensure that the sessions are intense and beneficial to the participants.
Holiday Clinics
Clinics of four days in duration are held every school holiday during both winter and summer. The clinics cover a broad range of cricket topics, including general knowledge and playing etiquette. On registration, each participant is given a RMCSE shirt and cap, a SA Cricket Magazine, and a Powerade squeeze bottle. A Powerade drink is also provided on each day of the clinic.
Video Analysis
Coaching sessions can be enhanced by using video analysis to optimise a player's various techniques. The visual image that the player gets allows them to see their action, and together with a coach, this becomes an effective means of developing the correct technique.
Cricket Parties
Parties are offered with the focus on providing fun, enjoyment and entertainment to children through the medium of playing cricket. Cricket games are played by the boys and girls, which include competitions such as the longest throw, hitting the wicket and catching. Prizes are awarded to the winners and also to the child celebrating the birthday.
Corporate Sports Days - Corpfam
A sports day is offered to corporates as an opportunity to re-energize their staff and their clients. The focus of the day is on innovative and productive team building exercises achieved through a energetic, family orientated day that encourages co-operation and gets all participants involved in the activities. The day's events can be chosen from a variety of activities including cricket and other sporting activities, cooking, children's entertainment and helicopter flips. The activities can be customised to the specific needs of the company.
The days are professionally co-ordinated and run, and together with top quality catering and company branded clothing and prizes being made available as required, an enjoyable day is sure to be experienced by all.
