Abakhulu Energy Group join CSE efforts

We are proud to welcome Abakhulu Energy Group as a supporter of our cricket programme, helping us continue to create opportunities for young cricketers in communities around Cape Town.

Through the Cricket School’s Ikamva Through Sport proramme, cricket is the tool to impact learners on anf off the field. Through coaching, mentorship and regular participation, we aim to give young people a positive environment in which they can develop confidence, discipline, teamwork and a genuine love for the game.

The support of partners who share this vision plays an important role in helping us reach more young players and continue building our programme.

Nic Dunn, Co-CEO of Abakhulu Energy Group said: "At Abakhulu Energy, we believe real transformation happens off the field as much as on it. Ikamva's cricket programme does more than teach young people a sport — it builds discipline, teamwork and hope in communities that are too often overlooked.

“Supporting Ikhamva's work in the rural townships around Cape Town reflects our own values: investing in people and creating opportunity where it's needed most.

“Through this partnership, the Mobil brand — the cornerstone of the Group's companies — will feature on team apparel and programme signage, standing alongside these young athletes as a visible symbol of that commitment. We're proud to stand alongside Ikamva and its coaches, and even prouder of what these young cricketers will go on to achieve.”
